Return Of Goods

Damaged, faulty or missing goods should be reported to Infinitum within 5 working days of receiving the delivery. To report these please email with photographs of the damages or faults.

  • The customers right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
  • All breakages/damages etc. must be reported in writing/email/fax, with supporting images within 5 working days of receipt of the order.
  • Where the customer is entitled to a refund, we will credit the customer’s account within 14 days.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the good when the reason for return is not due to damage I.e. Customer changes their mind. (unless otherwise agreed prior with Infinitum), we therefore recommend postal insurance is taken to cover the value of goods in transit.
  • This cancellation policy does not affect the customer’s rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
  • Any goods returned should be in saleable condition in unmarked boxes, unless otherwise agreed with Infinitum.

Exchanging sizes

  • If you would like to exchange clothing or footwear for a different size, please ensure your goods are returned in perfect condition (i.e. no animal hairs, marks or rips) and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will cover the cost of posting out your exchanged item(s) on your first return. If you need to return any further items to us for an exchange, you will be required to cover the relevant postage costs incurred.
  • Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, swimwear, earrings, body jewellery, cosmetics or face masks.
  • We can only accept returns on cosmetics and hair dyes if they are returned in their original packaging and sealed.
